Make it mount to stock points (which I think you do)
Allow stock exhaust (at the minimum) fit, preferably fitting B&B quad ovals or other large exhausts.
And, this is the IMO part, make it unique. Yes, shorter, lower is different, but not visually distinct from the original.I applaude your effords, but IMO, in order to get some sales, you'll need to have it different than anything on the market, yet still classy enough for people to consider it. I could sketch something up on paper, but I'm not sure what I would change from stock. A quicker to market, larger audience product would be a functional rear diffuser which attaches to the underside of the car. That's what I would focus my efforts on. Or fiberglass throttle bodies ;-)
